savetable (3kB) -- R package
which allows to save large dataframes in ASCII format. Similar to
write.table() but much faster and memory efficient for large
dataframes.
This package is obsolete since R 2.1.0. That version of R has
similar functionality built-in.
Map of Denmark (11 kB), an add-on
to the package maps by Ray Brownrigg (available at
ftp://ftp.mcs.vuw.ac.nz/pub/statistics/map). It includes a
low-resolution (and pretty imprecise) map of Danish counties.
However, it is well suited for presenting numeric data.
gauss-mode.el (5kB) -- emacs mode
for editing gauss programs. A hack of different hacks, the previous
one by Neel Krishnaswami in 1999. Supports full syntax coloring and
indents the programs pretty well. Indentation of multi-line @..@
comments is not supported.

Briefly, I think the strategy envisions development in a too wide
area for a small city like Tartu, and does not address the fact
